DELIVERY AND POSTAL INFORMATION
We care that you receive your parcels in time for the party, and do everything we can to make sure your orders are dispatched as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days*. If you have an urgent deadline, please contact us on email@example.com - before placing an order. This information is for your guidance only and we will not be responsible if your order is delivered late due to postal operator delays.
For orders over the value of HK$300** delivered within Hong Kong the postage is free (ordinary mail).
For orders under the value of HK$300 postage is dependent on the weight and starts from $25, the actual cost will be calculated on the checkout page. You will be able to see the cost before your final payment. To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure you have included your full address details and telephone number.
*Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
We are happy to send parcels anywhere in the world if we can but please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org for confirmation together with a quotation for postage. All local taxes must be paid by the customer.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive a refund within 10 days of us receiving the goods.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
